Interface ICamApiGeometryModelSketcher
Creates primitive geometry (Point, Line, Normal Line, Polyline, Spline)
in the Job geometry sub-tree of a geometry model. Obtain via
QueryInterface from ICAMAPIGeometryModel. Mirrors the Point / Line /
Normal / Polyline / Spline buttons of the model-window sketch toolbar.

Properties
TargetCS
Coordinate system that AddPoint / AddLine / AddNormalLine /
StartPolyline / StartSpline interpret their point coordinates in.
The matrix maps sketch-local coordinates to world (Global) coordinates,
same convention as ICamApiCoordinateSystem.Matrix. Default is the
identity matrix, i.e. coordinates are Global — the historical behaviour.
