sin(<angle>: float): float

returns sine of <angle> in radians

<angle> - number expression

 

cos(<angle>: float): float

returns cosine of <angle> in radians

<angle> - number expression

 

tan(<angle>: float): float

returns tangent of <angle> in radians

<angle> - number expression

 

asin(<sine>: float): float

returns arcsine of <sine>

<sine> - number expression

 

acos(<cosine>: float): float

returns arccosine of <cosine>

atan(<tangent>: float): float

returns arctangent of <tangent>

<tangent> - number expression

 

sqr(<value>: float): float

returns square root of <value>

abs(<value>): <number>

returns absolute value of <value>. returns value of same type as given

<value> - number expression

 

sgn(<value>): integer

if <value> equals 0 returns 0. if <value> is less than 0 returns -1.

if <value> is more than 0 returns +1

ln(<value>): float

returns natural logarithm of <value>

<value> - number expression

 

log(<value>): float

returns log of base 10 of <value>

<value> - number expression

 

pow(<base>, <exponent>): float

returns <base> raised to <exponent> power

round(<value>): integer

returns <value> rounded to integer

trunc(<value>): integer

returns <value> truncated to integer

<value> - number expression

 

roundex(<value>, digit: integer): integer

returns <value> rounded to a power of ten specified by <digit>
